Emily & Nathan Rottier
Arusha, Tanzania
For nearly a decade, Emily and Nathan Rottier have served with YWAM in Arusha, Tanzania, using sports, primarily football (American soccer) as a tool to disciple men who go on to transform their communities for the Gospel. Young men who once felt forgotten and disqualified are now walking confidently, seeking God’s call in their lives.
Emily and Nathan are currently involved in building the 17:6 Football Academy – a residential discipleship and football training program for boys to live and train year-round. Their goal is to train up a new generation of young, courageous leaders, equipped and trained to “disrupt darkness and bring the Kingdom into every area of life.”

For the past 5 years, Crosby Tinucci has served with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, supporting and discipling students on campus at Chapman University and Santiago Canyon College. With the goal of training and equipping student leaders to make an impact on their campuses, Crosby invests his time in relationships, leading student Bible Studies, planning conferences and campus events for outreach and evangelism efforts, training leaders, and being a listening ear and consistent presence in the lives of college students in our city.

Multi-Location, Mexico (Tijuana, Baja, and Oaxaca)
Foundations for His Ministry serves Mexico in multiple locations (Baja, Tijuana, and Oaxaca) by rescuing children, reaching the lost, and restoring the broken. As an organization, they minister by offering safe, stable children’s homes for the neediest children, providing Christian schooling and daycare, help their communities with men’s alcohol and drug rehabilitation, help launch at-risk youth into adulthood with transitional teen-to-adult housing, and sustained evangelism efforts to unreached people in the mountains of Oaxaca.

Charles & Eunice Victor
Vellore, India
The Lord called Charles & Eunice Victor to serve in India starting in 2010. They have planted a church as the home base of their operations in serving the poor, needy, and destitute among them. Their service to their community is large and ever-expanding as the Lord leads and needs arise and includes caring for housing abandoned children, equipping single mothers, feeding the hungry and elderly, educating people hungry for the Holy Spirit, serving a leper colony, and reaching those with disabilities that are left behind and fall through the cracks of their society. Additionally, Eunice runs a small business, “Sweet Aroma,” a soap company, she created to empower women to work, learn skills, and make a living wage for themselves.

For more than a decade, Allen & Julie Anjo have served through YWAM, using their backgrounds as attorneys to help missionaries around the globe to live out their callings by helping them understand complex legal requirements, interpret legal standings in their areas, and be protected from lawsuits. Since 2022, they have expanded their missionary horizons and founded the Center for Advocacy, Law & Justice in the UK. They focus on training people to address complex trauma in the lives of people they serve with a focus on prayer.

Paul & Susi Childers
Kona, Hawaii & Global
Susi & Paul Childers have served with YWAM for over 30 years and since 2003 they have called the YWAM Kona Campus “home base” while they minister globally. They are both active in serving the Hawaiian community and serving their local church when at home and both hold leadership positions at the University of the Nations.
Globally, Paul leads Word By Heart, a school that enables people to learn large portions of God’s Word by heart, which is now in operation in 25 different nations. Paul also leads YWAM’s Oral Mother Tongue Bible Translation Project, with its first full translation scheduled to be completed this year and seven more to be completed in the next 12 months.
Susi leads Voice for the Voiceless Ministry, which supports the suffering church, particularly in North and sub-Saharan Africa, aiding widows and orphans of men who have been killed because of their faith in Jesus. She is a prominent photojournalist who documents her work as a storyteller, giving voice to those who have none.

Christ for India
Chennai, India
Christ for India is an organization founded in 1962 by Dr. and Mrs. Manuel Fernando, who was affectionately referred to as “the Billy Graham of India.” Christ for India currently feeds 1000+ children monthly, evangelizes to the most remote parts of India, offers orphanage care, child sponsorship programs, mass crusades, Bible distribution, and Gospel literature. They will also be adding to their existing Bible School to train and equip even more pastors to reach India (complete with free tution and free room and board), and a nursing school to equip nurses to care for the vast physical needs of people. This past year, Christ for India has added a dozen more pastors to their staff to meet the needs and evangelize to the country, especially in remote villages.

Berlin, Germany
Jim and Judy Orred have served through YWAM for more than 5 decades in various capacities and locations. For the past 6 years, they have called Berlin, Germany “home” and their role has shifted to “senior elders at large,” using most of their time to pour into, consult, mentor, lead, and train up young leaders who are bringing the Kingdom to the European continent. Their vast experience on the mission field makes them an integral source of wisdom and direction for young missionaries and local leaders alike who are seeking to bring the Gospel to the countries of Europe. Jim and Judy are truly a force of leadership-multiplication and their roots and legacy run deep.
Jim and Judy bring their calling, passions, and experience to a growing movement of leaders across the whole of Europe largely focusing on bringing the Gospel to college campuses and engaging 18-24 year olds with the challenge of being “all-in” for Jesus. Their efforts, along with many others, and by the power of the Spirit have brought about a new vibrant movement throughout Europe, especially in Norway, the Netherlands, Finland and the UK.

Todd and Donna Funk have been doing missionary ministry work in New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands since 2004. Leaving behind careers as public school teachers in California to say “yes” to God’s call on their lives, Todd and Donna, along with their two daughters have pursued God and His heart for the people of New Zealand, Australia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu ever since. Their primary passion and calling has them reaching out, mentoring, and discipling the next generation of Christian leaders in those nations.
Along with mentoring and discipling leaders, Paul and Donna have a huge heart for teaching God’s Word, especially for children and in the realm of Apologetics. They are both members of Children’s Bible Ministries, training people up to teach children God’s Word, and Todd is a regular with “Thinking Matters,” the largest apologetics ministry in New Zealand, giving talks nationwide as the National Director of Apologetic Speaker Development.

Jeremy & Molly West
Lakeside, Montana
Jeremy and Molly West have worked with YWAM for over 30 years, now residing and working at the YWAM base in Lakeside, Montana. Molly is part of the Campus Director’s Team and Jeremy is the leader of the Discipleship Team. When asked what exactly they do, Jeremy writes, “We train the trainers and we disciple the disciplers!”
Additionally, Molly works closely with EBPN (Ending Bible Poverty Now) with bible translation initiatives and has close ties with the YWAM Mercy Ship Liberty and its work in the remote areas of Papua New Guinea. Jeremy spends a great deal of his time teaching and training students and staff from the Discipleship Training School, School of Missions and Evangelism, and the Leadership Development Team and has recently taught in the US, Mexico, Cambodia, Europe, and throughout the Pacific.

For more than 35 years, Dale Van Steenis has been spreading the Gospel through word and deed while supporting Christian leaders throughout the world. Dale travels regularly all over the globe to train and equip church leaders in remote areas, find funding to build church locations, extend disaster relief needs quickly and efficiently, and provide the basic necessities of food, clothing, and medical care for those in need. Whether is Vietnam, Senegal, Greece, New Zealand, Liberia, Ukraine or anywhere in between, Dale has built a network of Christian leaders in every corner of the world, ready to respond to needs in real time and continue to share the Gospel of Jesus wherever they serve!

Kona, Hawaii
Trent and Bronwyn serve with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Kona, Hawaii, helping to lead YWAM’s University of the Nations (UofN) campus. As the campus Training Director, Trent leads a team that oversees more than 1,500 students who participate in one of their quarterly missionary training programs each year. Ranging from YWAM's entry-level Discipleship Training School (DTS) to over twenty advanced courses in areas like Digital Filmmaking and Maternal Health Ministry, the majority of Trent’s service is focused on enabling these numerous missionary training courses to thrive.
Bronwyn helped to create and now regularly teaches in the Maternal Health Ministry course, which equips and sends maternal health workers to areas like Nepal, Guinea-Bissau, and the Philippines. She also leads the Word By Heart program on campus, a rapidly growing Biblical studies course that enables young people to “internalize” a significant amount of scripture. Trent and Bronwyn have been married for more than twenty years and have three wonderful kids—Miréa (15), Blaze (14), and Petra (10).

For more than 70 years, Gospel Relief Missions has encouraged, equipped, and assisted in training and resourcing national ministry leaders in Latin America, primarily in Cuba and Mexico. GRM makes significant impacts and opens doors for the Gospel to be preached and lived out through grassroots efforts, partnering with local indigenous leaders, allowing for a broader reach that understands, respects, and works through a community’s own language and culture.
GRM helps assist in funding for medical costs and clothing for at-risk children in orphanages, provides funding for teachers’ salaries and school supplies, trains youth leaders in Bible and agricultural vocations, and helps with strategic assistance in planting new churches (more than 1,000+ home churches despite the repressive political environment).

Dyza (McAulay) Ngozi
Jinja, Uganda
Dyza McAulay grew up right in the walls of Bridge Community Church (Formerly Zion Christian Center). She received the call to missions while sitting in the sanctuary during Sunday Worship. In 1998, she answered the call and went to Uganda, East Africa and in 1999, Answering For The Children Ministries (AFTC), her non-profit was founded. AFTC's mission is to provide a loving home and stable family unit to children in the Ugandan City of Jinja. These children have been abandoned due to the HIV/AIDS crisis, extreme poverty and neglect, and other extreme circumstances.
Since its found in 1999, Dyza has undertaken care for over 31 children. Her vision is to maintain a close-knit family environment, raise the children to be independent adults, and educate and train them to be productive, God-loving members of society. AFTC believes in helping children learn more about God's love and focuses on raising courageous, God-led leaders for Africa's future. Dyza is also using her training in Trauma Healing to reach out to people in the community who are broken from the trials of life. Dyza facilitates healing groups, counseling sessions, and outreaches to let people know that Jehovah Rapha is near to the brokenhearted.
